Terms of Service
Last updated 9 July 2026 · CallLatch · ABN 27 303 263 028
The service
CallLatch catches calls to your business number that ring out or hit an engaged line (using conditional call forwarding you control on your own phone), sends the caller an automatic text-back in your business's name, alerts you, forwards their replies to you, and logs it all in your dashboard. Your phone number never changes and answered calls never touch us.
Pricing and billing
CallLatch is a monthly subscription billed in advance via Stripe. Current pricing is shown at calllatch.com.au/pricing at the time you sign up; promotional pricing applies as advertised at purchase. Your rate won't increase while your subscription stays active, even if public pricing changes. Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST.
The guarantee
If CallLatch does not capture a lead in your first 14 days, you get a complete refund — every cent you've paid. A "lead" means a missed caller who texts back about a job. No forms, no argument: email or text us and we'll process it within 48 hours.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime — there's no contract, no minimum term, and no exit fees. One thirty-second code switches call forwarding off and your phone works exactly as before. On cancellation we stop billing immediately, your conversation records are deleted within 30 days, and you can request a full export of your data first.
Your obligations
- Use CallLatch for a legitimate business receiving genuine customer calls.
- Don't use it to send marketing or unsolicited messages — the text-back is a reply to a caller who called you, and the STOP opt-out must always work (it's automatic; don't attempt to disable it).
- Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us if you think your account's been accessed.
Service limits
CallLatch depends on mobile networks, your carrier's conditional-forwarding feature, and our providers (Twilio, Cloudflare, Stripe). We aim for the text-back to arrive within seconds, but network delays outside our control can occasionally slow or prevent delivery. We're a small business and we'll always be straight with you when something breaks.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits from a missed lead — the service reduces missed calls; it can't guarantee any particular business outcome.
Changes
If we change these terms we'll post the update here and email active clients. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. If you don't, cancel anytime as above.
